C.O.D.E.S. is an experiment to try and create a system to support Chronicle of Darkness games. Because of the constant churn of new material, the creation of homebrew material, and the fact that different games may wish to restrict different stats the system is being created with a web-based administrative interface to allow the easy addition of new material.
