This interdisciplinary project aims to provide a new, accessible platform for inclusive and ongoing learningopportunities through text-augmented virtual investigation of multi-user dynamics (taviMUD). Employing amixed-methods design, general study will examine the impact of taviMUD on learning about authority and groupexperiences. Findings will enhance our understanding of relatedness in virtual communities, and shed light onthe multilevel interplay between personality factors and group dynamics. Discussion of research findings willbe presented through application of a systems psychodynamics perspective.
