This interdisciplinary project intends to establish a new, accessible platform for inclusive and continuous learning opportunities through text-augmented virtual investigation of multi-user dynamics (taviMUD). Employing a mixed-methods design, a comprehensive study will investigate the effects of taviMUD on understanding authority and group experiences. Discoveries will enhance our understanding of relatedness in virtual communities and reveal the intricate interaction between personality factors and group dynamics. We will present research findings by employing a systems psychodynamics perspective.
